{"id":324,"date":"2022-01-21T12:10:15","date_gmt":"2022-01-21T12:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.properaz.ch\/four-a-pain\/?page_id=324"},"modified":"2024-11-03T07:39:53","modified_gmt":"2024-11-03T07:39:53","slug":"renovation-du-four-banal","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.properaz.ch\/four-a-pain\/le-four\/renovation-du-four-banal\/","title":{"rendered":"Le long p\u00e9riple <span class=\"bold\">de la r\u00e9novation <\/span> du four banal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-group ArticleFondVertTop\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le Four \u00e0 pain de Prop\u00e9raz fait partie du patrimoine Valaisan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La derni\u00e8re r\u00e9novation d\u2019importance remonte au milieu du XIXe si\u00e8cle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cinq familles en \u00e9taient propri\u00e9taires avant de le l\u00e9guer \u00e0 l&rsquo;AFAPP.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plus de Fr. 100&rsquo;000.\u2013 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9 pour pouvoir commencer les travaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plus de 2 ans de travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire dont pr\u00e8s de 900 h de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le four a \u00e9t\u00e9 inaugur\u00e9 le 2 mai 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les travaux ont commenc\u00e9 le 11 novembre 2013&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2010, plusieurs habitants du quartier de Prop\u00e9raz se r\u00e9unissent en association. Objectif : sauver l\u2019\u00e9difice qui menace de s\u2019\u00e9crouler. Apr\u00e8s avoir retrouv\u00e9 les vingt-quatre h\u00e9ritiers des cinq familles propri\u00e9taires (Aubert, Tagan, Lange, Marclay et Martenet) et les avoir convaincus de l\u00e9guer leurs parts \u00e0 l\u2019association en novembre 2012, un appel aux dons et les actions pour trouver des fonds sont lanc\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La derni\u00e8re r\u00e9novation d\u2019importance remonte au milieu du XIXe si\u00e8cle \u2013 L\u2019\u00e9tat de d\u00e9labrement actuel fait craindre un effondrement total 3 ans de r\u00e9novation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>5 octobre 2013, premier nettoyage du four pour la pr\u00e9paration aux travaux<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Les travaux de restauration du four datant de 1663 ont d\u00e9but\u00e9 en novembre 2013. Un joli cadeau d\u2019anniversaire pour cet \u00e9difice qui a f\u00eat\u00e9, cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, ses 350 ans d\u2019existence ! Apr\u00e8s la phase de pr\u00e9paration du chantier (fouilles, d\u00e9montage de la vieille charpente, etc.) enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, le gros \u0153uvre a d\u00e9but\u00e9 en mai 2014. Les murs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement assainis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2014, le four a \u00e9t\u00e9 rallum\u00e9 en fonction du calendrier lunaire. Un geste symbolique avant la pose de la charpente en septembre 2014. Le toit a \u00e9t\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement refait avec des bardeaux en m\u00e9l\u00e8ze. Si le gros \u0153uvre a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par des professionnels, les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ont \u00e9galement apport\u00e9 une aide pr\u00e9cieuse. Outre les travaux pr\u00e9paratoires, il a fallu chercher des pierres pour les nouvelles fondations, nettoyer les joints, poser les dalles \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du four, fabriquer la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e et r\u00e9am\u00e9nager l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du site.
